Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. You’ll see available destinations and rates during checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us at contact@muraehome.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

I forgot to enter my discount code—what can I do?
No worries. Please email contact@muraehome.com, and we’ll happily refund the amount you would have saved with the code.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed with care within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout if we provide express shipping to your location.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we proudly ship globally. Shipping times and rates may vary. All international orders include tracking. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please email us at contact@muraehome.com and we’ll try to make it work.

How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay for a smooth checkout experience.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one promo code can be applied per order. We recommend choosing the one that offers the best value.
